unleaded or premium? chevy impala v6 engine

i’m wondering if there would be any benefit
to using premium instead of my usual
unleaded.

No benefit at all. The only difference in regular and premium fuels is the detonation temp. Premium will detonate at a higher temp/pressure which will do nothing for the performance of your vehicle (but it will drain your wallet faster!)
