So I have 215/55/R16 tires on my car I need to replace the
rear tires, but I got 225/55/R16 for free will these fit the
back of my 2013 focus se

Yes, they are a half inch taller and a little wider, but within spec.

Yeah, not much a change maybe at higher speeds you'll notice. you will be going faster a bit with same RPM draw. Now give me points.
