2013 silverado cyl 7 misfire

I have a 13, silverado 5.3 v8, continues to get cyl 7
misfires, likely caused by an oil fouled plug. I have
about 117k on the motor. I have been replacing the
#7plug when i get misfire codes and that resolves
the minor issue. However also had found a
maintenance note on the manifold, with the pcv
valve causing an issue, that was changed, with no
luck stopping the oil fouled plug in #7. Im not sure
what else i could do,possibly replacing the piston
rings ?

It could also be a bad valve stem seal which is fairly easily replaced. A compression test, both wet and dry, might be helpful in finding where the oil is coming from.

    Only get a misfire on #4 when in drive. If I shut down the truck for 10 min and shift in manual to keep it out of v4 it runs fine. Same symptoms down shifts hard rough idle.
