fuse location diagram

i am trying to figure out the problem with my 99 dakota sport the fuse that works the power locks blew and now i dont have a dome light and only my low and high speed on the wipers works when i went to replace the fuse it blew as soon as  i put it in i went back with the same amp fuse and even tried a higher amp fuse

you got a short in the wireing blowing the fuse.since it started with the door locks pull door panell off and start checking their for a bad wireor loose ground wire.
