How to run a 5.9 magnum with out factory ecu

Ok I have a 99 dodge durango 5.9 magnum 360. I
was just wondering how I go about eliminating the
factory ecu. I have had nothing but problems with
the ecu and sensors. Motor is strong. just want to
know how i can use the motor without the factory
ecu. Just need to know how i can do it.

Thank you all i appreciate it. im just tired of messing with the electrical part of it. its a good truck but been a headache. i have replaced just about every sensor and a new ecu. and within a week of putting in the new ecu it still went back to showing no bus and no power to anything its really annoying.
