Every time I hit 40 mph my car bucks and misses it does it in od and out of od it only happens between 40&50 mph

I replaced the spark plugs and wires
and the distributor cap and rotor and I
replaced the ignition coil what could it
be?

how will I know if the problem is the crankcase sensor?
