I bought my Durango from a car lot I went to the store and I reached in to unlock the door and the alarm came on the truck would not start.

I have a keyless remote that I ordered from the
dodge web site but it won't work. What did I do
wrong? Is there not a remote for this year dodge
Durango. If so his do I get my remote to work?

it has to be programmed at a dealer or a certified mechanic shop that has the equipment to do software updates

Put your key in the keyhole in your door and turn it like if your unlocking the door it should turn off the alarm and turn the truck on
