whats going on when my dodge durango right front tire keeps going flat

Well, That would indicate you have a leak. Could be a small nail or something or it could be a slow leak around the rim (where the bead if the tire mounts to the rim). Either way, only way to tell is to pull the wheel/tire and check for leaks.
