how do I restart my car alfter leaving it running with out the key fob still being in the car?

I left my Hyundai Veloster running and
existed the car with the fob still being on
hand realized it and went and turned the car
off, this morning I tried to go unlock my car
wouldn't unlock I manually did it but that's
all I could do no light will turn on the key
doesn't work and the car will not start

Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting. This may reset the car's ECU and allow you to start it. Also it may still be under warranty so check with your dealer.
