I need a replacement bolt for positive battery
clamp 2013 Hyundai Tuscon limited hyndai hasn't
been able to help finding one unless I possibly buy
expensive parts not needed in hopes bolt is
included

Just buy a bolt that is about the right size. This is not rocket science.
