You should be able to click on the "Go to Messages" link in your email. That will take you to the CarGurus log in page. You can login and then answer the question. However, you can also log in as you normally do, click on your user name at the top right, and click on "Inbox" in the drop down menu.
A person interested in the car has asked a question and I do not see how to respond to him?
