Wont start

Changed the battery in a 2013 GMC
Sierra 1500, and came out the next
morning and truck wont start. What

    I have a sierra 1500 that won't start today. It'll try too but only turn over for a split second. After multiple trys, now it draining the battery fast when i try to start it
