I have a 2013 challenger RT and so far my best 0-60 is 4.91

It's not a drag car. What are you expecting?. Some drag cars that are build for raceing are getting low 11 or a little lower and some higher in the quarter mile. So I don't know for sure what you think a stock car from the factory should do?

I bet you would be in the low or high 20's in a 1/4 mile You did not say how far it took to get to 60 mph. because if it is 60 mph at 4.91 in a 1/4 mile i would have to laugh my ass off because there a fuel rails with alot more hp doing 300mph plus that are getting in the 4 to 5 range in a 1/4 mile

Automatic or manual trans? there are a few things to make it a lil quicker but it will cost you.
