There are several things that could cause that. First thought is wheels out of balance. Next is alignment/suspension issues. Another cause may be worn tires or a broken belt in your tires. Would be interested in knowing where you feel the vibration--in the steering wheel (which would indicate front end) or in your seat (which would indicate rear end). On the wild side of guesses, heavy vibration can also be a transmission issue. All depends on where the vibration seems to be located.
