I have 1998 Dodge Dakota - but which model is it?

I've recently purchased a used 1998 Dodge Dakota, but I do not know what model it is.  All emblems have been removed from the vehicle, and there is nothing on the title.
It is a 2 door, standard cab, standard bed, with a 3.9L V6, automatic 2WD.

My guess is that it is a "base", but how can I confirm it?
The models are:   Base,  R/T,  SLT,  and Sport.

What are the differences to distinguish which one I have?

You can do a vin decoder search some sites will help try this one www.dakota-truck.net/vin/

That was helpful, but not enough unfortunately. It just tells me that " is from a 1998 Dodge Truck with a Regular Cab body and a 3.9L (238ci) EFI V6 engine. 1-800-853-1403 is the number to dodge or you can try dodge.com then search email contact dodge and ask for build sheet.

Bandit31 - Guess what. After contacting Dodge, the analyst helping me could not give me the model, and basically said that it must be a "Base" model since there were no indications of other models that she could find. Well, she did give me the build sheet, and as I read it, I found that the build sheet included a "KSRP FLAME RED - "SPORT" DECAL". So, I guess this answers my question. I surmise that I have a Dodge Dakota "Sport". And now, finally, I can order parts and things to restore it knowing what actual body it has. Thank you again for your help.
