Asked by Josh Jun 05, 2018 at 03:54 PM about the 2013 INFINITI G37 Journey Sedan RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My screen went out and I have no control of
buttons on middle console. A.c. blows at a default
setting and cannot be adjusted. No audio and no
visual.

I checked the fuses in both areas and none were blown. Backlight comes on so there is power but no sound, display or control. This issue is also leaching on my battery and causes it to go dead if not started often.

I brought it to the Infiniti dealership and they changed out the radio screen which fixed all of the issues.
