i jusr replaced rhe starter on my 98 dodge intrepid, and all it does is click. ive jumped it, tried two diferent batterys ,and it just clicks.

check your connections again on the starter, those have side post batterys and jump start point on the PDC make sure the battery bolts are tight also, and yes have seen a broken flywheel at the crank before. to check this remove starter and see if you can manually trun the flywheel and see if the harmonic balancer also turns.
