I would suspect that you should have to spend around $2,250 for the motor and labor to install.

well sense it is the 3.2L it should be about a $800- $1100 for a motor. i put a new motor in my intrepid with the 3.2l and it was a bitch to do by yourself but it saves you about a grand. i did it in about a week and a half by myself.. but i have a lift, picker and all that. but i would get a engine off of CAR-PART.com and then have a local shop install it, if you cant. it will save you about $500 finding it by yourself.

looking at maybe 1100 for the part than additional depending on the shop you go to an hourly cost.. some will give you a flat rate. now if u have time you may want to check out some wreak yards and see what price for the part its cheaper if you find a you pull but make sure you trust them if you dont buying a new one is costly butif you think about if if u buy a junk one and it dont work right your back to were u are now and loss of money but there is alot of good yards that are honest just have to search. hope it helps sorry i couldnt help to much.

I have 2004 dodge intrepid for sale low mileage 130.000. my phone number is 2677219577 or email me at contehabdul800@yahoo.com
