2013 BMW 328i Xdrive OBD fuse location

My car failed inspection because the OBD did not communicate with their
machine that checked emissions. I just want to check the fuse to see if that is
the problem. I need it’s location

A test light is a very inexpensive tool and works great for testing fuses when you don't know the location.

No it isn’t. My car is a 2013 bmw 328i Xdrive 2.0 turbo. I know,were the fuse box is. I want the location of the OBD on the fuse box itself. There is a lot of conflicting info about this subject. My owners manual said same as your answer. But I know for sure that it was incorrect. There is not a DIAGRAM OF THE FUSE LOCATIONS ANYWHERE
use a test light and check the fuses,when the light does't come on that's your blown fuse.
My dashboard dose not come on the speedometers the gas meter doesn’t come on could it b a fuse
