why is my window on the driver side on my corolla 2013

the driver side window on my corolla 2013 gets stuck in cold weather but not the other 3 windows, I took it to the dealer in my area and they put some silicon on the ruber parts but it didn't help. what's the problem

If you are under 60,000 miles take it back to the Dealer and MAKE then fix it right
i asked my dealer to look into the rattling on my passenger window. They said no warranty after 36k miles NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY Every Toyota vehicle is supported by a 36-month/36,000-mile limited warranty coverage. But it doesn't stop there.
