How to change a alternator fuse 120 amp on 2013 toyota corolla le
1 Answer
In order to replace the 120amp alternator fuse/relay you have to loosen the mounting bolts on the fuse panel located in the engine compartment because the fuse is held by two screws, you can't just pull it out. The fuse box is held by four bolts, once you remove them you will be able to turn it on the side to remove the screws holding the fuse, one on each side. There is a number of wires bunched up together with tape that may not allow you to fully turn the box, so you will have to cut the tape to give you more room to work. If that 120 amp fuse really blew, you need to find out the reason or a new one will blow too. There are some videos online that shows you the process, if not on a Corolla then a Camry, essentially the box is similar.
