Defect in navigation system

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This is my 4th time taking my Lincoln Navigator to ford for the repair of the
navigation system. Sometime it displays half of the screen, light blinks on and
off, display completely disappears, keyboard disappears. When vehicle is At
Premier Ford they claim they don't find any malfunctions. This time I have  
video and pics which I gave to the VIP.

Check if there's an open recall through the history report and then take it to another dealer for second opinion.
