Blend door actuator

had a question, 2013 cruze eco 1.4 , im
trying to remove and replace the upper blend
door actuator in my cruze. Cannot reach the
upper 5.5mm bolt to remove it. Ive tried
every idea and tool i could think of any
ideas?

Tx for the comment. I think o found a tool the low profile mini ratchet i just need to locate a short bit that is 5.5mm

The car is in excellent condition for a 13. Had 62000 when i bought it. 1.4 6 speed eco its a quick little car.
