2013 chevy cruze radiator fan shakes when kicks on?

When the fan kicks on it shakes like it’s going to come off.
I’ve never hit anything or had any problems under the
hood. Can anyone tell me why it’s doing that?

The fan is in the process of breaking replace it before pieces of it go into the radiator
