My blower fan in a '13 chevy silverado 2500 will not work. It works when I hook it directly to the battery and the wire harness from the battery has power. I replaced the resistor and still nothing. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

The blower motor resistor is the most common problem. At this point power would need to be traced back to see where it ends.
Switch the air around in the front left tire to the spare and tighten up the fuel cap a little, then try it.

fuel cap torque is important ,but check the breather and the counter balance valve on the spare to left front cross over. Common failure.
