if I buy the heated side mirrors will they plug and play with the existing wiring harness

You would also need a relay. You may want to have a Subaru dealer install them.

Yes...probably are. Are you buying just the glass ($50 ea?) or the whole (pricey?) mirror? Harness should also have plug for switch too.

Not sure about relay: check with Subie parts guy's pic. FoR: as much as I try to keep my wife's "seat" well-heated, you are exactly correct!
