Fiat 500 lounge gear box problems

I have a 2013 Fiat 500 lounge and it goes to neutral as shown below and
does't move for some time does anyone solved/had
something like this.

Any guidance on how to fix this as well

go to YouTube and watch Scott Kilmer about what he has to say about the Italian Fiat . I doubt you will get much help here.
