My 2004 Ford ranger won’t turn over, no
power including radio and lights, but the
battery is fine. What could it be
1 Answer
Make sure battery has a full charge. Battery cables/connections, all good, all ends, not just at the battery. If nothing happens when you turn on the key, check voltage to ignition switch. Note the diagram, put mouse arrow on diagram and click to enlarge. See the 50 amp fuse, use a test light and check voltage at fuse, hot all the time. Actually, you can check voltage at all those fuses in diagram. If no voltage, have to check voltage feed to battery junction block, that voltage should come from battery. Voltage and grounds are both important.
