Price on '89 240sx

There's currently a 240sx on here, gutted engine bay, transmission is out, no
front fender installed but a body kit is provided, looks like it will have major rust,
might need a suspension and brake job, 75k miles, and no VIN provided.
Comes with an SR20 condition is unknown. Seller is asking 8800, is he high,
and if so what would be a reasonable offer?

I am looking to sell my garage kept 240sx with 84k miles All original parts, alloy rims, automatic seatbelts, sunroof... needs paint, basic maintenance, and tires. I'm not sure about how to price it.
