2986 300zx turbo 2 door t-top 40,000 miles it runs drives super good but it kills the battery driving it or over night it saying it isn’t getting power from the altanator what should I do?

Check the output of the alternator and the health/ condition of the battery 1st. If the battery is weak, the constant draw of the clock and OEM security will do it in fairly quickly. You can put a meter between the battery and ground to check for current draw and pull fuses to isolate
