1989 Camry 4 cyl starting problem

Car wants to start, fires then immediately stops.  i have a trouble code 14.  
I have opened and all re-connected the connector around the distributor
and fuel rail and nothing helps.

I live in Cambodia and very short of any knowledgeable help so I am
hoping someone can assist.

Look inside the distributor. do you see the Ignition Coil with a ..+....and...a ...--... sign on it? Put a test light on the -- side. When the engine cranks over the test light should Blink on and off. Get back to us with result.

Do you have a 12 volt test light? Place the point of the Test Light into the IG- Terminal. The other end with the alligator clip goes to ground. Have someone Crank the engine over. The test light should Blink on and off. Yes or NO? This Diagnostic Connector is located under Hood Driver side. Remove cover for Terminal ID.
