1985 supra has spark buy 4 cly not working at all

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
B4 I change the motor I will try to change the fuel injectors. I have extra parts. Is there any chance the computer could be screwing up these cylinders? Only the 1st n 6th cyl are working. 2 to 5 all have excellent spark but do nothing. It idles excellent still. While running I put a spark tester on it, all great spark. Literally pulled the middle 4 out while running, no change whatsoever. If it has spark then it means its not getting gas.

otherwise get a noid light and see if the computer is firing those injectors
I checked the fuel pressure a long time ago, it was good.
so a noid light does not test a injector but test to see if their is a signal or power going to it? these injectors are a bitch to get at, i just hope it still runs after I have to pull off a lot of parts. So this would tell me if it is the computer or the injectors. If its showing a light then it would be the injectors, if it is not showing light then it could be the computer or something else? I should be able to try that. This is not a project that needs to be done anytime soon, but hope to try that over the next couple weeks.
I put a noid test on one of the non working cylinders. It lite up as the car ran good and when the engine cut out at 2000 rpm it went out. So not sure what to make of that. I assume the computer is working because it lights up and the light goes out because the engine cut out, basically like the engine shuts off for a second and as u let off the gas it kicks back in. So the light would shut off since the engine temp shut off. But what does that really tell me? I have 12 extra injectors, what if I replace one and see if that cylinder doesn't start to work. If it doesn't then I can figure its not the injectors and I will pull the motor and put another that I have in.
But even if the injectors were bad that would not make the engine cut out would it? This engine was replaced and a engine 2 yrs older was put in. The engine replaced was missing a spot for the knock sensor. I put the knock sensor in a place I found but not were Toyota put it. I have heard so many diff theories on this knock sensor that it does not matter to it will cause problems. I have 1 more engine from the same yr I could replace. A Toyota dealer, a college school, and licensed repair shop and some yaho on craigslist all have taken a look at this and none could figure it out.
