87 Nissan d21 z24 carb problem help!

Asked by Kobyteeth Nov 30, 2016 at 10:10 PM about the 1987 Nissan Truck XE 4WD Standard Cab LB

Question type: General

I have an 87 Nissan d21 pickup with the z24. It was
driving fine than would not crank. I flooded it trying
to get it to kick on sprayed starting fluid and it
cranked up ran good ran around town in an out of
it. Then I was cashing a check came outside and it
wouldn't crank. Used starting fluid and it didn't
work seems like something up with the carb.
Anybody have any ideas?

I don't think it's carburator problem, u said u flooded it the first time and then it started when u sprayed starting fluid in the carburator. Check spark at the sparkplugs
