Loud vibration in roaring noise in first
second and third gear

Perhaps a bad bearing in the transmission or rear axle. Where is the noise coming from?

A bad wheel bearing is also a possibility. Without knowing more all I can do is guess. I recommend having a mechanic check it out. If you can jack it up and support it safely you might be able to have someone run it while you listen.

It gets really bad in 3rd gear then it goes away completely and forth and then it's just vibrating a little in 5th gear

I strongly suspect the bearings in your transmission are worn out.

You need a pro to do it. Shop around or buy a good used transmission (cheapest option).

I do not ask this but rarely but how about a thumbs up or best answer?

Alright man one more question and I'll leave you alone if I was to keep driving it what's the worst that can happen?

Be stranded, lose gears or maybe lock up or crack the transmission case. If you keep driving it at least check the gear oil level.
