Question type: Shopping & Pricing

We have a 1986 Toyota SR5 Truck, 4Wd, Extended cab with 127,000 original miles. My
husband bought the truck in 1987 and it sat in  his dad's garage for over 20 years. It's a 5
speed and runs very well. It has never been wrecked, the body is in great shape, the
paint is faded, and there is very little rust. How much is this truck worth?

A lot depends on when you live. California? New England? Texas? My guess is anywhere from $1500.00 to $2750. Being that old and not seeing it in person makes it hard. If you're going to sell it, it may just be an eBay item. Good luck.

The truck was started and maintained regularly over the 20 years. In fact we currently drive it around our little California town to go to the market/post office. It passes smog, and runs great. :)

So what do you want to do with the Toyota? If you want to replace it your looking at $30000.00 or more. It's a simple vehicle to work on. There's a following for this kind of truck but why get rid of it?
