Could my ABS and brake light that comes on cuz I have anything to do with the tail lights or brake lights not working

Could the ABS light come on and brake light could
it have anything to do with my brake lights in the
back not working

Maybe or maybe not, either way you should fix both conditions due to safety. The ABS light could be a faulty wheel sensor, where the brake lights could be the brake switch on the pedal or a wiring issue. Have a mechanic work on it if you don't know how to repair them.
