89 pickup check engine codes 25 26 51

I have an 89 toyota pickup v6 manual transmission. What is the most common fixes if it's
throwing codes 25 26 and 51?

25 and 26 are opposite codes, lean condition and rich condition. for some reason the computer is confused. I had this problem on a chevy, and the pcv valve was bad. as far as the 51 code, there is a problem in a switch or circuit, maybe a/c or tps.
