my car will not shift i've changed both in and output sensors and still nothing need to know what else it could be?

the speedometer and tachometer does not work and the mph doesn't work the only thing i haven't done is change the tranny filter. but i've changed both speed sensors and my car still will not shift

well come to find out it was the fuse to the tcm thats why my car wasn't shifting still after we replaced the sensors. but if you can tell me why my tachometer isn't working still that would be helpful.

The tach probably isn't working because of the soldering on the back, Chrysler used a cold solder on the gauges in the first couple years of the Stratus/Cirrus/Breeze cars and they are known for breaking. You can either replace the entire cluster (eBay usually has a ton) or you can find the broken solder point and resolder it (not always easy). For more info and help, go to www.stratusphere.net.
