how do I replace power steering belt

cut the old belt off and loosen the idler pulley. replace the belt and gently tighten. readjust it after 100 miles

or you can just lossen the pully first saves the chance of you fuckin up and cuttin something else to i mean as long as you have access to the tensioner pully youl be fine

2002 stratus has 3 belts. The timing belt, which is covered with a plastic shroud, another for the A/C and alternator and uses an idler, and a third belt to the power steering pump, which does not use an idler. You have to swivel the p/s pump to tighten that belt.
