Truck problems

My truck has been acting up for sometime now it’s
throttle so once is sluggish an it’s been starting
super hard an sometimes won’t start I changed
plugs an mass flow now it’s starting better but still
has loss of power an does not shift right or run right
no codes are on just hade my buddy put it on his
snap on reader nothing came up I need some ideas
at this point I cleaned throttle body changed plugs
an mass flow wheat else could it be it’s the 5.0
motor in the F150 trucks

That would make it run sluggish an shift poorly what is the pressure supposed to be at ? It only runs like crap when it’s cold well the shifting problem the throttle problem is all the time any more .
