Intermittent Dash Lights & Accessory Power, No Wipers

Bought a used 2013 F150 last night. Upon starting, no dash lights, courtesy
lights, power windows, power locks, radio, wipers. Headlights, taillights,
brake lights, AC worked. Turned truck off. Dash lights worked in Key ON
position, restarted truck. Same as before, dark again. Turned off truck.
Restarted truck (3rd start), dash lights stayed on, got accessory power back,
except no wipers in the rain. After that, while driving it home got warning
beep, saw something flash in display window and before I got to read it, the
message was reset.

Check to make sure the relays in the fuse box under the hood are all tight. Look over the connections at the battery and the grounds. There may be an issue with a body control module or the ignition switch.
