2013 ford f150 fx4 3.5 ecoboost no crank no start

truck quit while backing out of driveway. now it won't crank. brand new
(today) battery, new alternator. new PCM relay (Aftermarket) verified as
working. starter tested on vehicle, tank fuel pump tested on vehicle (both
jumped at relay block. all warning screens at ignition position 3 but no starter
engage.  odometer reset itself to KM, then blanks out to dashes.  all fuses
verified, all connections to the PCM and the BCM were removed and
inspected for corrosion. several (not all) grounding terminals inspected,
corrosion found on only one at the firewall on the PCM plastic housing mount  
on passenger side engine compartment. truck has 135K mi. what am I
missing? what should be my next steps?

If the starter solenoid isn't getting juice when you hit the key then it must be that circuit . Start from there and work your way back . If you don't follow a logical procedure you're spinning your wheels .
