where is the fuse box located on a BMW 740I

my cigarette lighter blow up and I can not find the fuse of it

One is in the trunk by the battery.the other is under the hood on the drivers side near the windshield

looked under hood at the diagram there was no turn signal fuse how do i disable turn signals
