730i Will not start for 30 minutes after being driven

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

HI guys
I have a very reliable 1999 730i EXCEPT for a
starting issue...
When cold it will start first time everytime with no
issues...
After I have driven it and I stop and turm it off, I
cannot start the car again for a minimum of 30
minutes, sometimes I will have to wait upto an
hour before it wil restart.
When I turn the key everything come on as it
should but it will not turn over. I wait the 30
minutes and turn the key and it starts
immediately...
ANY IDEAS ANYONE...
The BMW dealer in Chiang Mai had the car for 3
days and couldn't find a solution to the problem. I
have also tried more than 10 other 'experts'

If it will not turn over (ie it won't crank) then look at electrical issues. Has starter relay been replaced?
