Won't start with key

Something is preventing the signal getting to the starter from the key. You should be seeing 12 VDC on the small starter wire when the key is in the start position. Check interlocks like the neutral safety switch and perhaps a after market alarm system. Check the fuses and relays too.

it is the rubber button on the top side of the clutch pedel. i had the same problem with mine trust me its works and its only a 3.00 fix if that.
There is a relay in the steering column for the ignition system. My fault was the engine turned over and attempted to fire... but nothing. The relay is cheap as chips. Some people have to traded these wonderful cars in thinking they were unserviceable!?!?
