the oil is dirty? the filter has not really been changed often or ever...the oil jacket from the cylinder head is supposed to be free to drip down into the pan...with excessive crud this isn't going to happen... I'd examine the oil for dirt and metal shavings~ should be free....the PCV elbow Rattles like it should?...backed up with crud will not rattle~

why? what vacuum systems are we tampering with? vacuum advance for the distributor? windshield wipers? not sure what you're up to there~

Put vac lines bac on then c if u still have condition. I may have caused it.
