I am looking to put a motor in a 1983 Thunderbird and i am interested to know if a 351 Winsdor motor(5.7L) High Output motor would fit and bolt up in this car?

You may need to look up some Mustang Forums. I'm sure it's been done but I don't know what it takes.

Check height clearances. The 351 is a taller deck engine than the 302. Done right, it will be fantastic, as the 351 can return gas mileage that makes you think it is an economy car!
