Three things to make an engine run: Spark, fuel and air. Does the ignition system have spark? (never mind that components have been replaced), is there fuel pressure? (not a spurt from the schrader valve but measured pressure - 20+ PSI) Is the timing belt turning the camshaft when cranking? I'd look at these things first - then try to figure out which component has failed.
