Ok so the car is a turd now, is missing on cylinder 2 & 6. Has great spark not sure on injectors haven't checked yet.
I'm thinking it may have sliped time. Any ideas?

Both are on same coil pack. If one has a bad spark plug neither will fire causing a miss on both. Check compression on all cylinders. If it did jump time you probably have some bent valves. I would verify timing and compression is correct first because if it jumps time any more while your trouble shooting it it will take out more valves.
Slipping time should make it miss on all cylinders. I agree with the first part Dandyoun said. 2 and 6 are on the same coil pack, either the pack is bad or one of the plugs or wires on that pack.
Told you wrong. 2 is with 5 and 3 is with 6. Check compression. Would almost bet you have bent valves. Check timing
