Car dealers truthfulness on Car Gurus

Asked by Francis Sep 06, 2021 at 01:54 PM about the 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet AWD

Question type: General

I recently purchased a vehicle from this web side and read if you purchase a
car in Florida there is nothing you can do about any issues that arise?  The
car was delivered without an inspection from the dealer to the carrier, the
front axel boot was spewing grease and all 4 wheels were bent and to top it
off the convertible roof leaked.  The dealer said the car was like new inside
and out, is there any thing I can do?

1 Answer

You bought it as is? Check your paperwork. If so you can do nothing. Why the heck would you buy an expensive exotic without inspection or even looking at it?
